I have been following http://www.healthfooddesivideshi.com/ for last four years and really enjoy going through some of the posts which talk about making some interesting stuff at home and have better care of your health. This Photo Journey shares some of the fabulous photographs clicked by Sangeeta Khanna, who runs 'HealthFood DesiVideshi' blog. Let's check out and know more...It was a great co-incident that I met Sangeeta just after I came across her blog. It was an Indiblogger meet when we met first time at CP, Delhi. She is an awesome person and probably one of the best bloggers I can connect with. One of the important aspect of blogging is to follow your heart and pen down the thoughts. And it become amazing when a blogger is honest about the facts being shared and understand the ground realities of the society around. I am not very surprised to see the follower-ship of her blogs and recipes. Here is what Sangeeta shares about her blog - 'Healthy cooking comes naturally if you love your ingredients . We all love good food but we can cook healthy good food only if we know about the ingredients , and how they work for our body and soul. Here i write about all the natural whole food , cooked in the most simple ways , the ways Ayurveda and Naturopathy approves and reinforces . If you believe in natural whole food which heals your body and soul , you would love this space . My cooking incorporates the principles of Ayurveda and Macrobiotic diet and my ingredients are all local and affordable . Healthy choices are not always beyond our means . The most unappetizing sounding ingredients can be cooked to take you to blissful lands . Come with me...'Apart from her blogging style, I am a huge fan of her photography. I always find her photograph very special. One of the special aspect of any photograph is the real connect with subjects being captured. Her photographs are so apt that they add lot more value to her blog-posts. She has her own style of photographing subjects and almost every time she surprises her followers (like me) with something different & specialApart from above mentioned blog, she also blogs at http://www.banaraskakhana.com/ & http://ayurvedaonmyplate.blogspot.in/ This Photo Journey shares a very few of her photographs which are randomly picked from the facebook-page and more stuff can be checked out on mentioned blogs and facebook. Sangeeta also works with some of the restaurant chains in northern India as a consultant for healthy & tasty food. She also helps various individuals for different health related issues and here is what people say about her style - http://www.healthfooddesivideshi.com/p/personalised-diet-plans-for-you.html Usually it's very hard for me to sit & read different blogs. And this task become more difficult when it's about food. But I never felt like the same when I visit blogs written by Sangeeta. Two things work better for me on her blogs - amazing photographs which tell a great story and a soulful details about the food. Although I never tried any of her recipes, but could always connect to her ideas and tried to impress others by sharing some of them :) Going forward, we shall be sharing more Photo Journeys on food with specific details. In past, we have talked about Food Photography from photographer's point of view who is more passionate about photography as compared to Food. Now it's time to explore other side where a passionate food blogger captures different things in her kitchen and has great interest in photography as well.If you have interest in Food Photography, feel free to drop a comment here for Sangeeta to share some insights/tips specific to your queries. And in the mean time, we recommend to check out a very basic article on one of our favorite Photography portal - http://digital-photography-school.com/food-photography-an-introductionDo you know about this fruit?Hope you enjoyed these wonderful photographs by Sageeta here. She also helps various individuals for different health related issues and here is what people say about her style - http://www.healthfooddesivideshi.com/p/personalised-diet-plans-for-you.html Usually it's very hard for me to sit & read different blogs.
